All programs will be led by ME Directors and our hand-selected Gold Medal Squared Certified Coaching Staff. 

We are excited to announce our partnership with Off The Bench Wellness, owned and operated by ME Coach, Hayley Garick, who is a certified Athletic Trainer and Injury Prevention Specialist. At every practice and training session, Hayley will lead our athletes through a series of exercises that will focus on injury prevention, strength, conditioning, balance, coordination and core stability. 

In addition, our ME Directors will incorporate training opportunities that focus on watching/evaluating game and practice film, team building activities, leadership training, mindfulness, and emotional maturity.

Miami Elite plans to field travel teams, ages 12U-16U for the 2025-26 club season. Tryouts will be held on July 9, and season will run from December 2025 through June 2026. All teams, practices and training sessions will be managed by ME Club Director, Julie Doan Kurenuma.

Team ages will be determined after tryouts are complete. Practices and workout sessions will be held twice each week and 1-2 tournament/play dates each month. Attendance is strictly enforced. 

A strength, agility and conditioning workout will be incorporated into every practice session. 

The tournament schedule will be available once teams are selected.

Registration Process

3. Download and complete the AAU Notarized Medical Release Form. 
4. Register with USA Volleyball. 
5. Attend the travel team tryout on July 9, 7:30-9:00pm. 

Local League, 10u-12u & 13u-15u

Season Dates: January-April
Practices: Monday and Wednesday 7:30pm-9:30pm. On a National Holiday Monday, there will be NO PRACTICE. 
Tournaments: Hosted in-house, one per month in place of practice. 

In addition to planning practices which focus on intense fundamental training of all skills, technique and game play at every practice, there will be a dedicated time slot for all athletes to complete agility, coordination, strength and jump training. Further, our ME Directors will incorporate weekly sessions that will teach about leadership, team-building, emotional maturity and mental toughness.

We believe in training and building a complete, well-rounded athlete both physically and mentally.

Attendance at ALL practices, trainings, team events/sessions, and tournaments are mandatory.
