Small Group Skills Clinics - Intermediate & Advanced Training

Small Groups Clinics will be run by ME Director, Coach Julie Doan Kurenuma and are a great opportunity for athletes to train in a smaller coach-player setting, maximizing ball touches and player feedback. Clinics will focus on all skills, with an emphasis on technical training. This is NOT a beginner-level clinic; athletes should have previous experience and a solid knowledge of the game.

2024 Volleyball All-Skills Camp

Dates: June 24-27 & July 15-18 (Monday-Thursday) 
Times: 4:00pm-7:00pm
Location: Westminster Christian School Gym, SAC & Elementary Gym 
Ages: Incoming 1st-12th graders, athletes will be divided between 5 courts in 3 gyms to ensure that everyone is competing at a level appropriate to the age and skill set.

2024 Summer Beach Skills Clinic

Session 1: June 24-26, 2024
Session 2: July 15-17
 Times: 9am-11am
Ages: 10u-12u, 13u-14u, 15u-17u
Cost per session: $150 per athlete (price includes Miami Elite tank top)
 Location: Coral Reef Park Sand Courts
What to expect: Our Beach Clinic is led by ME Coaches, Sylvia Guso (ME Alumni) and ME Directors, Sandra Mora and Julie Doan Kurenuma.

August Clinic

Dates:  August 2024, TBA
Times: Evenings, TBA
Location: Westminster Christian School SAC & Elementary Gym 
What to expect: Run by our ME Directors, our staff will prepare you for upcoming Fall school seasons. We will warmup with agility training, workouts and injury-prevention exercises, followed by volleyball-specific skills training. Utilizing 3 courts and 2 gyms, athletes will be divided to ensure that everyone is competing at a level appropriate to their age and skill set.
Ages: 10u-12u & 13u-15u
Cost per week: $175 per athlete

August Setters Clinics

Join our ME Staff for two sessions of elite setters training. Athletes will be divided into 4 courts by age and skill to train in all areas of setting: technique, accuracy, tempo, running an offense, out of system ball handling, decision-making, defense and more. Open to all 11u-18u athletes from the community.

Cost per session: $30 per athlete, per session. 

Team Camps

Miami Elite offers Team Camps for middle school, high school and college volleyball teams. We have been fortunate to run Team Camps for Perennial National Champions, Miami-Dade College and Palm Beach Atlantic University. We’ve also worked with numerous South Florida middle schools and high schools including, Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, the Heritage School, Westminster Academy and Westminster Christian School. Our Directors perform Leadership Training and Team Building Seminars for programs such as Florida National University, Johnson and Wales University, Florida Christian School, Westminster Academy and Westminster Christian. In addition, our Directors work closely with coaches from organizations including but not limited to: The Miami Heat, Arizona State University and Palm Beach Atlantic to help build their team’s culture.
